Dr. Constance Clark-Snead is a lifelong educator and nationally recognized leader. From her early years as a sixth-grade teacher in Washington, D.C., to serving as Superintendent in Westbury, New York, she has dedicated her career to equity and excellence.

Dr. Snead led Smothers Elementary to National Blue Ribbon recognition, pioneered technology and aerospace partnerships, and built global connections. Honored by the U.S. Department of Education, she is also a mentor who has empowered generations of students and educators. Her legacy: inspiring others to rise.
